REQUIREMENTS

In order to accept your pet, it is necessary to have the following recommendations for the safety of her and others.

1.- UPDATED VACCINE RECORD
2.- BRING SOME PROTECTION AGAINST FLEAS AND TICKS
3.- BRING THEIR FOOD FOR THE DAYS THEY WILL REMAIN IN LODGING, OTHERWISE THEY WILL HAVE TO BE GIVEN FOOD BY THE PET PARK PETERINARIA AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.
4.- FEMALES NOT BEING IN HEAT
5.- WE DO NOT ACCEPT AGGRESSIVE DOGS
6.- WE RECOMMEND YOU TO SAVE YOUR NIGHTS IN ADVANCE SINCE DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE.

SCHEDULE:

For your convenience we have two locations to receive and deliver them. We can do it directly at our Hotel and also at our Veterinary Clinic and we take care of moving them to the hotel.

Check-in at the Veterinary:

❖ CHECK-IN: Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

❖ CHECK-OUT (Veterinary with bathroom service): M-F from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

❖CHECK-OUT (Veterinary without bathroom): Monday to Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Los Domingos no recibimos ni entregamos

Check in at the PET Park:

❖ CHECK-IN (Directly at the Hotel): Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

❖ CHECK-OUT (Directly at the Hotel): Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm

*On Sundays we do not receive or deliver
* Deliveries at the Hotel do not have bathroom service
